Builder. Founder. Operator.

From TV networks to refugee schools—if it doesn’t exist, Mike builds it.

Mike’s entrepreneurial path spans sectors, continents, and decades. He has launched ventures in media, real estate, construction, insurance, nonprofit leadership, and international development.

Mike has raised tens of millions of dollars in capital, contributions, and campaign funds. Built multi-million-dollar real estate portfolios from scratch. Advised CEOs, missionaries, policy leaders, and pastors. And created systemic tools like EKAP—the Enterprise Knowledge Alignment Protocol—to help others scale their own vision with clarity and integrity.

Some men have a Midas touch. Mike has a builder’s fire. He doesn’t chase opportunity—he architects it.

Mike Arnold was 28 when he co-founded TXN: The Texas Network—a $40 million statewide television, radio, and web broadcast operation, staffed with 125 employees and operating the first all-digital tv news production facility in the world. That startup wasn’t his first venture—and it was far from his last. His ventures include:

TXN – The Texas Network

Co-founder and COO of the nation’s first fully-digital TV news network with one of the earliest integrated web news portals.

Cross Trail Outfitters

Built from scratch into a thriving, nationwide youth mentorship ministry that has mentored thousands of young men through outdoor adventure and spiritual discipleship.

Africa Arise International

A nonprofit operating three schools in Nigerian IDP camps, employing a growing Nigerian staff and educating over 500 displaced students.

Real Estate and Construction

Founder of Jaradan St. LLC. Builds and renovates homes, manages family holdings, and creates job pathways through practical development.

Mike holds an Executive MBA with an emphasis on strategic leadership from the University of Texas at San Antonio’s Center for Professional Excellence—ranked #2 in the U.S. by CEO Magazine. His business training built on real-world experience that already included founding companies, managing major budgets, and leading across sectors. He’s been a CEO, COO, director, managing partner, investor, advisor, fundraiser, and creative producer.

He also knows what it means to walk away. After years in media and business, Mike left high-income roles to pursue ministry full time. From that season came Cross Trail Outfitters, a decade of nonprofit leadership, and ultimately a Kingdom-rooted vision that blends entrepreneurial execution with spiritual integrity.

“You don’t just build for scale. You build for truth. If your system isn’t aligned with what matters most, your success will betray you.” —Mike Arnold

Today, Mike advises campaigns, engineers start-ups, develops real estate, and coaches founders, fundraisers, and faith-based leaders.
