TRUMP BOMBED NIGERIA ON CHRISTMAS DAY. THE CRISIS IS ESCALATING. AMERICANS SHOULD PAY ATTENTION.
As slaughter continues and invasion talk grows, EPICENTER reveals the global powderkeg most Americans know nothing about
—- US MEDIA ANNOUNCEMENT —-
Most Americans can’t place Nigeria on a map. That’s about to change.
On December 25, 2025, President Trump ordered airstrikes on Sokoto, Nigeria—the spiritual seat of a 200-year-old caliphate. It was the first direct American military action in Nigeria’s history. He’s issued more threats since. The Nigerian government just signed a $9 million lobbying contract to counter the narrative in Washington.
Meanwhile, the slaughter continues. The displacements continue. The mass abductions continue. And half of Nigeria is on social media begging America to invade.
This is a global powderkeg set to explode—and the sparks are flying.
EPICENTER: Nigeria, Radical Islam, and the War for Global Order is the essential guide to the crisis. Three days after publication, it hit #1 Bestseller in History of West Africa, #1 Bestseller in Nigerian History, and #1 New Release in African Politics on Amazon.
If you want to understand what’s happening and why it matters here at home, this is the book to read.
The Vantage Point
“The world today is confusing. Smoky. Shrouded,” writes author Mike Arnold. “Stand in Nigeria, and the fog lifts.”
Nigeria is the sixth largest nation on earth. 220 million people. A trillion dollars in untapped minerals. The fastest-growing population on the planet. And the frontline of a war that will shape the next century—where radical Islam, Chinese resource extraction, and the collapse of American foreign policy collide.
Arnold may be the top American expert on Nigeria you’ve never heard of—not from embassy briefings or academic conferences, but from sixteen trips since 2010, including multiple under Level 4 “Do Not Travel” warnings. He has walked through massacre sites, built schools in refugee camps the government denies exist, and sat with everyone from former presidents to orphans who watched their parents slaughtered.
EPICENTER reveals Nigeria as the “strange attractor”—the point where the chaotic forces shaping our world converge and reveal their hidden order. Radical Islam’s bid for a revived caliphate. Beijing’s blood-mineral extraction funding the violence. The British colonial architecture designed to fail. Secretive Obama-era meddling that removed a Christian president and installed a jihadist. The propaganda machine telling the world it’s not happening.
“All the snakes are nested here,” Arnold writes. “All of them visible. All of them feeding on the same chaos.”
The Confrontation
Last October, Arnold’s phone rang during a Bible study in rural Texas. On the line: Nigeria’s National Security Advisor, personally inviting him to Abuja for a “fact-finding mission.”
Arnold knew what they wanted. A useful American to validate the official line—that reports of genocide were exaggerated. He also knew the risk.
A thirty-year Nigerian civil rights attorney warned him it was dangerous. A former U.S. Ambassador who had led State Department operations in Africa said the same. Others were blunter: they might kill you.
Arnold went anyway.
He reviewed his will before he left. His family held a farewell dinner. The White House was notified. The State Department was notified. Congressional leaders were briefed. The U.S. Embassy was on alert.
In Abuja, at a government press conference surrounded by officials expecting validation, Arnold delivered a genocide indictment instead.
“I declared what the evidence showed: this was not random violence. This was calculated genocide.”
The room went silent.
Arnold got in a car, drove straight to the airport, and flew out of the country before the blast fully hit.
Within three days, the press conference generated more than three billion global impressions. The worldwide narrative flipped—from 80 percent denial to 70 percent affirmation of genocide. Nigeria’s Senate convened an emergency session. The government scrambled a delegation to Washington. Within weeks, Trump redesignated Nigeria a Country of Particular Concern. On Christmas Day, American bombs fell on Sokoto.
Arnold has since been name-checked online by people many consider the ringleaders of the genocide. He now carries protection at his rural Texas home.
But in Nigeria, they call him something else: EarthShaker—now perhaps the most famous and influential American in the country. Weeks after the press conference, a cab driver in Washington, D.C. glanced in his rearview mirror and froze.
“You’re the EarthShaker!”
Why America Should Pay Attention
General Michael Langley, commander of U.S. Africa Command, calls the region “the epicenter of terrorism on the globe.” The gravest terrorist threats to the American homeland, he says, now originate from Africa.
EPICENTER documents 125,000 Christians killed since 2009, ten million displaced, 18,000 churches burned—while Nigeria accounts for 80 percent of Christians killed for their faith worldwide. But the book goes deeper, exposing:
- How the Obama administration secretly engineered regime change, with David Axelrod’s firm running the campaign of a man who declared his “total commitment to the Sharia movement”
- How Secretary of State Kerry made pilgrimage to the Sultan of Sokoto—first American Secretary of State to visit “the seat of the caliphate”
- How $9 billion in minerals flows out of Nigeria annually through illegal channels, much of it funding the terrorists and flowing to China
- How the same narrative tactics—gaslighting, cries of “Islamophobia,” alliance with progressive useful idiots—are already operating in American cities
“What is happening in Nigeria is not just important to Nigerians,” Arnold writes. “It is shaping the future of the world. And the forces driving it are already here.”
The Verdict
“The true narrative of Christian genocide in Nigeria.” — Dr. JohnPraise Daniel, President, Association of Evangelicals in Africa
“Exceptionally well-written… the killing of Christians must be stopped.” — Mike Betzer, CEO, Hypergiant Industries (Pentagon AI/defense contractor)
“Connects all the hidden dots… borders on oracle status.” — Kunle Phillips, Nigerian IT professional
The Documentary
Arnold’s work extends beyond the page. Me & Ms. Hanatu—a feature documentary from an award-winning production team specializing in impact films—is now in full post-production. The trailer just dropped at www.meandmshanatu.com. The film follows Ms. Hanatu, a school principal who fled Boko Haram barefoot in the night and now teaches displaced children under conditions the Nigerian government denies exist.
